Discipline

Our staff uses positive guidance, redirection, and the setting of clear-cut limits to help foster the child's own ability to become self-disciplined. We encourage the children to be fair, respect other people, respect property, and to learn to be responsible for their actions. We do not use a "time-out" chair, finding that redirection usually renders the desirable results.
